Don’t you just wish you had naturally feathery, long and thick eyelashes? You and us both, sister. (If you have epic eyelashes, you are beyond lucky!)
Having straight eyelashes is such a pain. It makes your eyes look small and shut and it means that no mascara ever looks nearly as good as it does on person X who has good lashes to begin with. So it’s fair to say that finding a mascara that works for you is twice as hard.
With straight, short and sparse lashes, the L’Oréal Mega Volume Miss Baby Roll was a miracle find.
L’ORÉAL MEGA VOLUME MISS BABY ROLL – ON THE WEBSITE
The L’Oréal Website states:
SAY BYE-BYE TO BORING LASHES!
Our Mega Curl Roller Brush curls lashes from the root, for an instant lash lift! The Quick Mega Volume formula volumises lashes and holds them in a curl all day.
OUR THOUGHTS
What’s unique about this mascara is it’s Mega Curl Roller brush. It takes your lashes from thin to thick in an instant. This is not the kind of mascara that is too runny and doesn’t perform well when you first open it. It’s just the right consistency which adds volume, length and curl, all at once.
The roller brush allows each lash to be coated individually, smartly avoiding clumps yet adding heaps of drama. It lifts the lashes instantly and makes you appear wide awake. The mascara holds the curl all day without dropping one bit and doesn’t streak or flake away throughout a busy, hot day.
It isn’t a heavy mascara at all and you can barely feel it on. But in our opinion, the best part is that it has all waterproof properties without actually being waterproof, which means it is easy to remove when you’re tired at night and just want to curl up in bed. Hip Hip Hooray! (we actually just did a mini dance!)

Our Tips:
a) Giving your lashes a good curl before application, because you’ll never know the world of a difference it makes till you actually start doing it, and
b) Applying two coats of the Miss Baby Roll to get the full drama.
OUR VERDICT:
9/10.
That’s a strong statement, but we think we have found a new favourite!
