We have a review on the L.A Girl Fineline Eyeliner for you eyes today. Isn’t eyeliner just such a staple product in every girl’s makeup bag?

The L.A Girl Fineline Eyeliner is described on the website as,

‘Fineline fine-tip liner creates a thin, precise line in just one stroke! Pen is water-based and has a soft flexible tip for precision and control and delivers the right amount of colour.’

THE PRODUCT ITSELF

The eyeliner comes in a lightweight packaging that is travel friendly and easy to use. It doesn’t have a feathery brush and instead sports a felt tip. The fine tip that it comes with is sturdy and not bendy.

OUR REVIEW

Now that being said, we do like the L.A Girl Fineline Eyeliner, but we don’t love it. We definitely missed the MUST HAVE feel the first time we applied it and the second time and the…you get the idea, right?

However, we really like the tip. It’s sturdy and very very fine, so you can get pretty close to the lash line and achieve a very fine line if that’s what you prefer. It is very black which is amazing and dries semi matte. But unfortunately, you have to go over it a second time to get that wow pigmentation. You also have to be careful with touching your eyes, though. It transfers relatively easy.

Our main concern with this product though, is that it was a little dry and less runny. We’re sure everybody likes eyeliners to be slippery while applying so they don’t tug on the eyes. With this one, sadly, that wasn’t the case, which is a real shame because other than this, we think it’s a decent product, considering the price tag it comes with.

OUR VERDICT

We would give it a 5/10 because it does look good at the end and has decent lasting power. Plus, it’s really very affordable. We just wish it was a teeny bit wetter and maybe a bit more amazing.
